Contractors are claiming to pay $30-$180hr to cross, I know a lot of phone guys and don't cross lines. Ran into a manager scab on a job last week, he was in a trouble truck trying to find cut fiber feeding 1000+ people. Guy had no idea wtf he was doing, those people are prob still out. Sad part is someone is gonna get killed out there, meanwhile the entire network is falling apart. Verizion forgets wireless towers are fed by fiber, linemen maintain fiber.
