Sorry to hear of your "personal problems"...but seems to me that your the one who caused the termination. I'd guess it was a company owned vehicle and assigned to you, if so check their "Written" policy on use of vehicle. If the home office has a PR, state your Personal Problems to them, request re instatement with a 30-45-60 day review of your daily progress. Now I'm not a Dish Guy, but have some buddies that went down that road. Best you can do is plead your case with the on site manager or file a claim with the Department of Labor-now if you do get rehired...you better keep cover your ass on everything you do.
