Unjust and Looking for Help

I have sent these emails everywhere I can find to send them, now i will post them on every site i can find...

This is my story...

Hello, my name is Charles Aaron Scranton, I was hired by Dishnetwork on July 14th 2008. I am an FSS IV out of the Grain Valley office.  I have lived, breathed, ate, and slept Dish for almost 8 years.  I love my job, and i love this company.  I am a remote technician, which i also love.  Awhile back, i was wrongfully terminated.  I fought tooth and nail to regain my job.  I won that fight.  There was a manager at that time that had a personal conflict with me, and he arranged my termination.  He is no longer working in my office, Yet, I find myself fighting for my job again.  On February 17th, my van was stolen from my driveway.  There were tools and cabling taken.  My home was violated.  I am a single father, and my daughter was home at the time of the invasion.  It was a very traumatizing event, and to add to the trauma I was terminated.  The ignition keys were inside the van, and the van was locked.  I understand now, how that was not the best practice.  I had started locking the van with the keyless entry, and leaving the ignition key inside, when prompted to do so by my manager.  A couple months prior I had a bad battery, and if I turned my van off it would not restart.  I told my manager about the problem, and asked to take the van to the dealership to get it fixed.  He instructed me to keep the van running during the day, and get the van into the dealership on my day off.  However, the only way I could accomplish this, and lock the van was to use the keyless entry.  I did this for a couple of weeks, jump starting the van every morning, until I could get it into the dealership.  I finally had the battery replaced, but the habit was formed of leaving the key in the van and locking with keyless entry.  My manager had been out on my job site on several occasions while I practiced this.  I even made comments to him about how I never had to worry about locking my keys in the van now because the keyless entry was always clipped to my collar.  I received less than a 48 hour investigation, and was terminated.  A veteran technician.  I do understand how the habit of leaving the ignition key in the van is not the best practice to have.  However, as unfortunate as this situation is, I did have my van locked and it was parked on my property, in an off street parking spot.  Termination is not the right course of action.  Even though I have had a rather hostile work environment, on many occasions, I love my job....I need my job.  I only want to be reinstated.  My job is the only request I have.  I will email continually, and I am seeking legal counsel.  I do NOT want to pursue anything but my reinstatement.  However, I will take whatever course of action my attorney suggests if I am not reinstated.

and then sent...

Hello, my name is Charles Aaron Scranton. I was hired by dish on July 14th 2008. I am a level 4 technician that is also smart home certified and dishnet certified. I am extremely knowledgeable in most everything that has to do with dish installations. I am a team player, my phone rings constantly with technicians and managers asking questions about problematic installations. I started out in the Gladstone office, but when it was shut down i was moved to the Grain Valley office. I have assisted both technicians and managers from the Grain Valley office and the Lenexa office. I have excellent customer service skills, and i am a consistently solving our customers needs when it comes to smart home, and dish issues. I rarely miss work, which generally only happens if there is an issue with my daughter as i am a single father. I have been proud to be a part of the Dish family, and it has been an enormous part of my family's life as well. I have seen so many technicians, and managers, come and go over the years. Most, because this job was too demanding on them. Some, because of the management that we have had over the years has been inconsistent and generally has not supported the technicians. Even through all the issues and hostility i have seen and been a victim of, i love my job. I love the interaction with the customers. I love the puzzles of the installs and leaving the customers in a better place when i leave. I have always been proud of my work and proud to be a Dish technician. However, on February 17th my van was stolen. Someone came on my property, and violated my home and my security. Even though i am an 8 yr veteran, i received less than a 48 hr investigation. Then i was unceremoniously terminated. I am looking for anyone who will hear my story and see value in having me as part of the Dish family once again. My legal counsel believes he should be involved, but all i want is reinstated. I only wish to have my career back, and to be able to continue my work taking care of Dish customers and my own family.  Please, i am a technician worth having in the Dish family. I do believe this is a gross overreaction and that it can be rectified. I believe that you will do the right thing and reinstate me and have me, once again, bringing best in class to all the Dish customers out there.

and the last one so far....

My name is Charles Aaron Scranton I was an employee of Dishnetwork for almost 8 years.  I was a Field Service Specialist IV, working out of the Grain Valley office.  I was recently terminated as a result of a risk assessment, due to my van being stolen.  This company, that I have loved, and devoted my life to for so long, has abandoned a technician of great worth.  Dish has a technician turn over rate like a revolving door.  If we manage to hire a competent technician, our management staff runs them off inside two years.  Even though, that management staff itself has also turned over in the same amount of time.  I was one of the few that stayed loyal to this company and this brand.  I excelled in everything you wanted me to do.  After I was terminated, I sent emails trying to plead my case and have this heinous decision reversed.  I have put all my faith in a company that tells tales of being a family, and taking care of its own.  However, tales seems to be all they are.  A sad day.  Indeed.  All I requested was my job reinstated.  I was not looking for any other type of compensation, other than the ability to continue taking care of my family and the Dish customers.  If that is not a show of loyalty to a company, than loyalty can never be shown.  I have stayed my course with this ship throughout many, many instances of hostile work situations.  All in the, obviously incorrect, belief that the company as a whole was better than the individuals causing the traumatic situations.  I had faith.  I had faith that this company was a great place to call home and that, in the end, I was working for an upstanding establishment that would do the right thing.  That, however, is not the case.  Instead I was working for a company, that seems, to have no value in its workers and the idea of a Dish family seems to be only a farce.  I know the opinion of a lowly technician may not have much weight among the VP's of this company, but keep in mind we are the heartbeat of this Dish.  Without great technicians, like myself, this company could not succeed.  Therefore, the loss of my job is not only a tragedy to this single father, but also to the Dish company as a whole.  There are also other technicians out of my office that are now looking to other employment due to this situation.  They now see that they are not valued either, especially considering most of them have been with the company many years less than myself.  This is one last attempt to reach out, and right this wrong.  What has been done, can be undone.  This is what is best for business, and best for the Dish brand. Prove to the critics, that Dish is in fact a great place to work, and that they value their employees.  Prove that you are willing to do the right, and ethical move.  Reinstate me, show all Dish employees that they are important and not merely an employee ID number easily erased.  If this goes unheard, or merely lands on deaf ears, then this will truly be a sad day.
