Drug use under Reagan dropped by almost 40%. The Flag is at half mast out of respect for the First Lady of the nation. They have done the same for the passing of every First Lady of the US. Nancy Reagan also did a lot for breast cancer. Unlike the current First Lady Reagan was proud of America throughout her entire life and showed nothing but class. I believe she earned the honor of have the flag lowered but I'm sure there are others who don't.
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
