florida business invitee


Any help is appreciated.I worked in Florida as a disconnect tech as an employee.I fell in high weeds over a toy I couldnt see.I have permanent major head and neck injuries..in the lawsuit the commercial property owner may get a summary judjment and get out of the suit.Saying as a cable worker im not a Business invitee.Anyone know what cable workers true status is?
