 OK now I get it. In the Property table change 

from
        
 _CreatedVersion = 4000000
 _Editversion = 4000000

to

 _CreatedVersion = 3000187
 _Editversion = 3000187

i use a freeware utility called MDB Viewer Plus to do the edit to the fsn file.
