I work in a Comcast system in sw Florida. I have never been back charged for being late and we are always told to make sure your job is done right even if your late to the next job. We are our own worst enemy sometimes we want as much work as we can get then blame everybody else when our metrics are bad. The days of making 2000.00 a week are gone but you can make 1000.00 - 1200.00 by being at being efficient and getting started early. The problems most guys complain about on here are simple it's usually the performance of there supervisor or there own lack of communication. You know the second you get on job you will be there for a while and that is when you should be calling your sup for help on that one or moving a job but no everybody waits for dispatch to call 45 min before the miss. If your sup is not doing his job move it up the ladder. Nobody should be just hung out to dry.
