comcast in florida gives customers 20 bucks

everytime a tech is late for an appointment comcast gives that customer a 20 refund on their bill. And since they will simply backcharge the tech for being late we all know who pays for that. Comcast is promising to hire 100's of new techs to meet the demands but we all know that wont happen they will simply make the contractors pay for it. And this will make quality get worse than it already is and put the techs in a bigger hurry and this will cost comcast even more customers. you never know what you are going to run into out there that will slow you down and 2 hour time frames are not a wide enough window for service calls.
