I was involved in the original Worcester Ma build back around 1969, I was building systems around the Boston area and my friend was running the job in Worcester.
Regarding your problem: there is a time limit on filing a lien, each state is different, some are 90 days from time of incident, need to check with state attorney general office.
Now if you provided materials, you can file lien on cable system owner.. If you have everything documented, run adds in local paper, cable owner won't like this but if it's true facts..you have nothing to worry about.
