Re: On Call pay

In the title it says on call pay! not standby pay and if he is doing work while on stand by pay than he is doing them a favor, other than answering the phone and getting the crew together. If that is what he is talking about the price is 150.00 per week to the one with phone and contact info to get ahold of crew. Than the time starts for entire crew when call comes in.
 Maybe I am misunderstanding the terminology but that is the structure we were under
