the different in prices are not because of how cheap people are willing to go it because the job duties are different.   210.00 per week was because you had to respond to everything the 150.00 a week is just construction related, we have different departments for equipment outages, trouble tickets  etc etc.  So the guy asking about the pay needs to factor in everything that he will be required to do while on standby
