I don't know about you but I consider stock piles of thousands of 105MM artillery rounds, and 102mm rockets filled with everything from nerve gas to sarin gas WMD's. It has also been well documented that Saddam moved the manufacturing over the border to Syria.
But the article was written as more of a Bush Bashing piece than a truth seeking. I do agree Saddam should have been left in place, much like Gaddafi in Lybia. But the Lybian mess like ISIS is all Obama's.
Speaking of ISIS they have taken over one of the storage sites for the ones that have yet to be destroyed. That's just what the world needed.
