Well so far, 2 veterans that use the VA treat illnesses they have and 1 VA employee have never heard of such a 'system' used by the VA. Im still waiting to hear from a few more people. But each person thus far have no idea what Im talking about.  Maybe you could look at some of your paperwork and try to find the name of the system. 

ETA: NO one I talked has ever heard of this. ONly thing similar was something about certain VA facilities are limited in the kind of procedures they are equipped to perform and therefore cant/wont do them.  But this doesnt sound like what you're talking about. But if you say its there, I can only assume it is, until Im proven otherwise.

Im just suprised no other RW groups have seized on this computer system. Ive heard many complaints about the VA, but doctors taking orders from a computer system is not one of them.
