Wow... you're a veteran and still considers an authourization to use force as a declaration of war.  IF thats the case then I guess you're are right.  But loook at it from my point of view. You said Bush went to Congress at got them to declare ware, and they really didnt. They gave him the authourization to use force. This is the very same authourization Obama is using to go after ISIS. This resolution is not the same as Congress declaring war.

OK, so you're on the record as saying the VA's medical treatment is based soley on what a computer says and Doctors do not deviate. Cool.

Denial about them signing off on a Resolution, of course not. Denial about them signing off on a declaration of war, u betcha...
