Well actually 4 ut of 10 is 40%, and thats really not all that bad.
But to answer your question, yes. I think he has done more than good
bad. IMO, the major issue in our government is the worthless Congress we have.
A POTUS is not a king. One flaw of Obama is that he has not been
able to get Congress working. Is it his fault entirely? No. But I just
think a POTUS has to be able to get Congress working, or do everything
to force them. He has seen an unprecedented amount of obstruction. IMO, he should have countered with using an unprecedented amount Executive power to keep
Congress in session until they got key issues taken care of. The war
with ISIS is a good example of what Im talking about. I feel he should have
forced Congress to come into session.
