Getting comp time for being on call, is WAAAAAAAAYYYY different for getting comp time for hours actually worked. Its nice your situation works out for you. Its good that you get to use the time when you need it. Unfortnuately, this bill does not allow workers that right. You would get to use the time at your emplyers discretion.
But it sounds like we can put you down as 'for' HR 1409. Is that correct?
