Doing an upgrade in Chambersburg Pa. Got a call from a Comcast manager telling me to get the plant back up asap and no retro splicing until furthur notice. Then I get a call from my field sup that his wife heard a crash in the fields behind their home and it turned out to be the plane that went donw in pa. Then all the cell phones went down for a week.
