A: Ummm.. how was he responsible for deficits he inherited? But Im glad you brought one thing up. You are correct that the deficits initially exploded under Obama. But it is very important to know why. The deficit exploded because Obama brought all of Bush's off budget spending, into the budget. Example (numbers arent real), Bush would pass a budget. His budget would have a deficit of around $500b. The he would use supplental bills to fund things like the Wars, Fema, his medicare program, etc...Each year the Supps would be another $400b. Annualy thats $900b in debt, but only a 500b budget deficit, because the supplentals arent counted to toward budget deficit. Obama campaigned on ending this budet gimmick. So when he brought all the spending back 'on the books' his budget deficts showed the true $900b deficit.
B. In comparison to his predecessor. The slowest rate in growth in 60 years.
C.See my post about other POTUS's. Our country has always had socialism. You have tricked into thinking we have or had a capatilist economy. We dont. and never have. The US economy has always been a mixed economy. The argument is not if we have socialism, its how much socialism we want. We have have always been 90/10, 80/20 capitalism/socialism kind of economy. Nothing has changed during Obama. Do I need to remind you that Reagans change to the EIC in the tax code is considered to be the biggest transfer of wealth to ever occur?
D. I agree. Those type of things have not been addressed before. Some people think its actually kind of weird that although everything BHO has done is precendented by other POTUS's, all of sudden words like Socialist, Tyrant, etc.. are thrown at him... Kind of makes you wonder why this started with the black guy from Chicago with the funny name... hmmm... Guess we'll never really know..
