and that my friends is the reason for all of our misfortune. We devalue ourselves or let people like Mr nonresponder do it for us. Well i dont know what you think you know but i can tell you taht there is NO WAY i could teach someone what i know in 30 days.
My experiance in networking, construction, A/V and telepnones ARE a trade.
just because keep training these people to do a basic install does not mean they are qualified and the reason you cant find any worthwhile installers to work for you is because of YOU!!!!!!! and the many others like you. who put no value on our trade!
i can learn the basics of plumbing in a month, but it wont make me a master plumber.
