most techs that have been in the business for several years dont perform any better on metrics than green techs. then they stand around in the parking lot complaining about how things used to be. when they should already be on their first job. a 20 year old painter can make in a day what he took home in a week before. but there is always some old timer talking about the good ole days. the tech with the most experience with us has a 50% completion rate on new installs month after month. still he wonders why he isnt making the money he used to. if a person can learn this business in less than a month it isnt a trade. times change. complaining about the job doesnt do anything. get done early and take clases to be a dentist or something at night. my 2 cents
