Thats the great thing about the US, he is not the future of the country, he is 8 years of it, and once he is done, a new person will be elected, if the bills passed into law during his tenure are so horrible, they will be fixed, removed, changed, etc etc, based on popular vote. Its a living organism, constantly changing and evolving.
What morals and core beliefs are you referring? Just curious.
