I agree with about everything you just said, and yes, term limits would be a start to a solution, but bipartisanship would be the other, and that has all but vanished the past 6 years, maybe the past 10, but more so since 2009, from both parties. Maybe I am bit biased, but from the first time the GOP said they will never work with the current President, it meant gridlock in D.C. from that day forward.
