comcast is tring to turn all there payouts rates to the texas scale model. texas has hispanic contractors and will do the job for virtually nothing. all there workers have forged papers and 6 or 10 of them will live in a trailer or apt. if they will do it in one state they can pull the same shit in all 50. comcast goal is to put all american contractors out of work and replace them with cheap labor. they have no plans to improve there infastructure ever. they just want to swallow up all catv systems and then u get what u get    they are a complete nightmare
jeff acker has passed away jeff died in his home feb.21 he was in the cable industry for 20yrs he will surely be missed
