What Is The Deal With Georgia???!!!!!!

I have been in the cable industry now for about 4 years and never have I seen many ads at all for cable contracts in Georgia. Can any one tell me what the H_LL is wrong with this picture I mean is this just a horrible market to work in or is it some thing else I admit since I have worked for Comcast the rates are steadily dropping but it can still make decent money just one of those questions
