Was George and Milka still running (ruining) the show for NST or had they been given the boot by then? We could only take about 2 months of the bullshit before we left. Had to join the union and had our pay cut back to $18/hr...plus teach them about no midspan straight splices in the strand and setting bug nuts at 108"...power guys trying to run CATV job...wanted everything set up to follow the trunk instead of the feeder...we did have the 15'-6" underbuild varience in the alleys...ah, the good old days...
