Kansas City Fubar

So guys and gals heres the skinny. Everybody in kansas knows that Bear Comm is doing Google. Working for Bear is P2P. Owned by John B. Who is the splicing supervisor for Bear. Well it seems as though P2P has so much work they are bringing in more guys. While everybody else is waiting around for work. Does management not know this? I know that nobody wants to take a stand and bring it up to PM or owner. My question is. Why not? For those who dont know let me give you the run down. A fiberhood is issued. Well construction not done so you move on to another. a week later you go back and because you are told your all set. Sure are. Since fiberhood was also assigned to two other crews. The morale sucks. People are leaving. I wonder how long John B can keep this up? Before you know it everybody that is worth anything is gonna be gone and wont come back. He will be left with the bottom of the barrel.
