There are new concerns with cable installations now. Your installs must pass ALL threshold levels and that means every single docsis device in the home. All levels must pass on every outlest. Upstream transmit, downstream recieve levels and signal to noise are all required to be in spec. there are no chargebacks, however, you are required to correct these real time before you can progress to next job. Virtual QC tech's moniter these jobs, contact tech's and make sure all pass before he leaves the home!
