Trickle Down has been in practice ever since America first started. I don't know of one poor person who has ever created a single job. People still come to America because it's still possible to come here with nothing and work your way up. Well the current administration would rather keep you on their handouts but that's a different issue all together.
Back to trickle down, most companies/employers give raises to employees, generally bigger ones when they are doing good and smaller ones when there not doing so well. That's trickle down. If the government gets out of the way of business and stops saddling it down with taxes, mandates, and over regulation, there would be more jobs, better paying jobs, less jobs going over seas.
In not going to sit here and point to Reagan as though he was totally right, but it was directly because of him that Clinton enjoyed a strong economy and low unemployment numbers.
