How would you cover a 30% cost increase in your operating costs?
Would you just eat it?
Would you raise your prices?
Would you cut labor?
Would it be some combination of the three choices?
Or to put it in your terms just how many leaves off the top are you willing to pass down to the roots before you kill the tree?
