Re: comcast starting to encrypt basic cable channe

SF Bay Area was complete about 6 months ago. I think ilegals get a couple of music channels and a couple that tell you to call Concast for service. They don't do disco's anymore, just add or remove a device. They had to leave a couple of channels for balancing.
