Thanks for the info. Not sure of the brand splitter we use because our company logo is steeling the show on it. However, we have always used splitters with 120dB isolation. But, I'm curious, isn't that just in regards to RF? How does that help isolate voltage?
In the cases that have been reported to me, no BER was ever detected in the home. The voltage was just detected and assumed to be the cause of intermittent tiling. Coincidentally, the techs that claim this voltage to affect QoS use SDA 5000s also.
