Fantastic post.  No one bitches more than cable/sat guys!  lol  Most places are the same in this line of work.  Some big, some small.  Some with good intentions, some with bad.  Some guys can make a lot of money doing this, but it takes work and dedication.  No one is going to retire early doing this, unless you work your ass off or create your own subco and work your ass off some more.
