I wasn't thinking about the coax. Use the coax as splice cable, respool fiber. This is where you need a gyro reel holder.  The same people that make and sell cable stretchers, and air hooks probably have them. He also might be able to find a reel that slightly smaller to take apart and change parts, but thats too much work and aggrivation.  Steel mill sounds good.
