Oh yea, my post is only applicable if you are paying your techs good. Not the 2k a week story but drill into your numbers. 40 - 50 an hour is a minimum. If you are not paying at that commissioned rate or higher you should look at the overall pay structure rather than just rewarding the people who just happen to have a good work ethic.
