QUIT guessing... Here's the deal... You are talkign about one of the very few places in the US that they don't have competition. Well, they didn't have competition until CenturylinkPrizm came out in Feb. So, Cox PHX and Vegas has the BS mentality that they are the only horse in the race. These brilliant decisions are coming from "The Rainmakers". This is Steve Rizley's little clan where they actually come up with the dumbest ideas that are so far from what they should be doing. They are going to lose very soon when Prizm kicks them in the behind in PHX.
