Supposedly this shutdown was over a budget? So what's the Governments answer? Close National Parks, close War Memorials and piss off most of America in the process. But what's really disturbing is that we are either paying or promising backwages to those affected. So wouldn't it have been better to just let them work and keep all these sites open? Most problems I see, are paying people for doing nothing!
