Read again, ‘(B) of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting; or

They (Politicians with Secret Service) are visiting Rice University, if you are on that campus and you are peacefully protesting, you can be arrested.

We as Americans have the right to peacefully protest against our government; I spent 8 years in the DC area and I saw peacefull protest all the time, by the white house, that now is illegal.  There is no if's, and's or but's about it.  It is now posted on the park where they used to protest. 

Our rights were taken from us, and your ignorance will not and cannot change that.  I fought for the rights that we are losing, and if need be I would fight again for them.  That is what American's do, not sit by and defend someone that has his or their own agenda's to take this country down.
