Read the bill again, up to 10 years if protesting in a protected building and carrying a firearm, or with intent to cause harm. 1 year if otherwise.
This not an attack on the 1st amendment, you can still say what ever you want, just not in a place where it will disable or impede . It is no different than if you went into a McDonald's and started protesting, and they asked you to leave, if you did not leave, you would be trespassing.
