That is a shame.
No common sense, just B.S. Bureaucracy.
I think they like creating a problem, and then acting like they solving the problem. Thus giving people the illusion they are doing their job.
Regardless of what they are doing (or not doing), this a shame and disgrace. Get a hold of your local politicians and start talking. It can go up the chain of command. A state representative has more power that most think, and there are alot of them. Go to your state webpage. I was able to send a message to all the senators, and my local representative.
