if i was certing this node i would turn down the optical receiver by 5 db and get the floor to run at the -50 db floor across 5-55 mhz.
if you look at roughly 45-48 mhz u see the floor drop down 5 db to -50db to 48-55 mhz, i would adjust the reciever down till you get rid if the 5db raised floor. that hump you are chasing could be a reflection from the forward,, unplug the forward fiber to this node to see if the hump drops out on the reverse. testing 1.2.3 :)
