The node is a an SG2440. I don't believe the noise is coming from the node. The hump of ingress can be on different legs, but never the leg without any actives. Maybe power related. I have not done a loopback test. I am using a DSAM to chase noise, don't know if I can perform a loopback test with that meter. The two pictures below are the noise in question. The first one is the node I am working on, the ingress will get worse at times. The other is a different node that still appears to have a smaller trace of the ingress at the same frequency.
