Re: WV Strike Work

Im a contractor as well and I started to go out there for the strike work then I thought about it these people are fighting for money, in which I believe all contractors and employess should do if they are being paid for nothing. I had a contract with Halsted and they were paying enough money for companies to grow and earn a living. Low and behold Mastec bought them out and you found yourself struggling to make payroll and trying to make it work with your technicians. I have seen Mastec and DTV technology increase but at the same time the pay decreases. Sure the swm system saves you money on cable but it doesn't make up for the time educating customers on dvr features, ipad, tablets, and interactive feature on the system. Therefore I would not help any company that is going on strike because the workers who make it happen should be taken care of. I believe people who go on strike think about their families but they do what is necessary. PAY THE PEOPLE
