I'm a Dealer and Contract installer and charge $75 per pole mount and $2/ft for cable bury regardless of line of sight or not.... I'm shelling out the money for the pole concrete and all parts and doing the extra labor I am getting paid for it. As far as the upgrade/service calls baloney turn down the job. You as a contractor do not have to accept work if you don't want it. That's the whole point of being a contractor. Let inhouse guys do that. I would start to look for retailer/dealers like myself in your area to work for. Pay is better and there are no upgrades. Only service calls on your own work.
Best of Luck
