Re: Rope & Harness Certification

 May be a good thing, especially for those who have no common sense. ( which surely doesn't apply to any of us)  But I think I will opt out.  Someone else who has figured out how to make a living off someone else's back and sweat.  HMMMM wonder why we the U.S. cant compete with other countries, too many hands in our pockets and everone elses.
