All we did was the drop bury work on the project. Our contract states, that we would not be paid unless the inspectors signed off on the work daily. Which they did. I spoke to Gary Bojes from RUS in D.C. and he said as, they should pay us as long as the inspectors signed off on it. But They are still refusing to pay us our last invoice and continue to send me bills for the same inspectors to go back out and re inspect what they already signed off on.
I also found out that Finley Engineering had to keep a performance bond incase their inspectors did something like this. My crews were directed by the inspectors to bury it their way or we would be fired. Please on't take it like they did crappy work, it was not nothing like that. They expect the entire drop to be 12 inches no matter what and you all know it just isn't like that. You never know what is buried under this ground. Especially in Kentucky.
