If you have been reclassified as an employee then your employer is going to owe you and all personnel reclassified for any and all overtime worked at time and a half.
It will also be the companies burden to pay their portion of payroll taxes but if this went on for several years then they have probably already cosed the doors.
Someone mentioned seeing a CPA which is exactly what you should do.
