I have been a cable guy for over 5 years for this comcast contractor company, i get paid piece work, use their truck and their gas, but the hours and the pay is miserable.
Recently i have been offered a position in FL as an independent contractor (1099),meaning i'm paying my own taxes, now my question is: should i work under my name or create a LLC of some sort, for tax purposes?
Please help, I need advise
