If it shows up on the background check then no I don't, I take no chances with my business, employees, or my customers accounts.
Since I hold contracts with TWC the same as he does, we all know what the rules are.
You can run your company anyway you see fit and I'll do the same.
But I wont be on the six o'clock news trying to explain how I thought he was a changed man and deserved a second chance, and I certainly won't be sitting at the table trying to explain to my wife and kids how we just lost our contracts, business,and way of life for those same reasons.
so maybe you might want to rethink that, cause you have no point
