Hire a tax attorney right away. And since you have been found to be an employee you'll as well want to seek the advice of a great labor attorney and go after the company for all the overtime you are owed for those past three years with interest as that will help with the $$$ the IRS will be coming for and might even see you come out ahead. Just don't forget to ammend your returns at a later date to reflect the overtime pay you'll receive so you properly pay taxes on that as well.
