I'll agree to your thread title, but it would befit 50% of the country.
Anyone that reads and believes the bible has to be Mentally challenged.
Anyone that reads and believes the bible, and uses that to try and govern (tea party, GOP, right wing , conservatives, etc) is not only mentally challenged, they are just out of touch with reality and delusional.
